ALDISS PARK : SUNDAY 7TH JULY 2024
It was a busy day for team Codman today with 3 finals. It resulted in 2 out of 3 victories, with the young guns doing Gressenhall Bowls Club proud!
An early start for Dan, who played his Final at 9am. He had a fantastic game and came home a comfortable 21-9 winner in the under 25's final. Next up was the triples final which saw Mark and his son's just miss out on the title with a narrow 14-18 loss. A great effort by the three of them to get to the final and pu up a cracking effort.
The last game of the three finals was Dan and Tom in the under 25's Pairs Final. Once again the Codman Pair put on a great performance which a stunning 25-8 win.
Not quite the 3 out of 3 victories, but bowls is in good hands here at Gressenhall with the young Codman's not only flying the flag, but rising to the top of lawn bowl in this area of Norfolk!
Well done to all the Codman's and we look forward to seeing the lads compete again next season.
